Admissions Inquiry Form & Process: may school


Step 1: fill out the admissions inquiry form

Once you submit the form, we will reach out as soon as possible to schedule a tour of our school and a time to talk more about your child’s needs.

If our education professionals believe your child could benefit from May School programs, and you would like to proceed with applying to May School or Summer LEAP, you will be sent a full application form to the email address you enter below.

Step 2: fill out the application

Check your email for a link and access code to our full application form. Please be as thorough and accurate in your responses as possible. There is a $75 fee for May School applications. The $75 application fee must be paid and processed before your application can be reviewed.

step 3: Upload additional documents

May School applicants (Grades K-8):

  • Download the Teacher Recommendation Form below and have your child’s most recent teacher fill it out.

  • Download and sign the Transcript Release Form below. Submit the signed Transcript Release Form to your child’s current school.

Additional required documents (if applicable):

  • If your child has been evaluated for learning differences, please upload the full evaluation report before submitting the application.

  • If your child has an IEP with their current school, please upload any IEP reports before submitting the application.

Step 4: Admissions assessment and class visit

Once all required documentation is submitted, our Admissions Office will reach out to schedule the following:

  • Early Childhood applicants:

    • 2 class visits

  • May School applicants (Grades K-8):

    • Admissions assessment ($350 fee)

    • 2 class visits
